Collection of General Information
Each time these websites are accessed, the webspace provider automatically records the following information in server log files: name of the visited website, date, data volume, web browser, operating system, IP address, referring website, and status information from the web server. This data is of a general nature, does not allow direct conclusions to be drawn about an individual, and is technically necessary for the operation of the web server. It may also be evaluated statistically to improve the design of the website and will be used in cases of suspected unlawful use of our websites. Data collected before the first day of the previous month is automatically deleted.
Cookies
The website https://www.easydpp.de does not use “cookies” to store user settings. This does not apply to linked websites and services. Cookies are files created by the web server and stored on the user’s computer. They identify, for example, the connection between the web server and the user (session cookie) and improve the functionality of websites by permanently storing the language selection and the decision on cookie consent. For our websites and services that use cookies, this information is not used for other purposes and is not passed on to third parties (no user tracking). Many browsers accept cookies by default. Users should use their browser’s help functions to learn how to change cookie settings.
Third-Party Services and Content
Our websites occasionally use content, services, and features from other providers (“third-party providers”), e.g., maps from Google Maps as well as graphics and images from other websites. When a user accesses such content, at least the general information listed above is transmitted to the third-party provider. As we have no influence over how the third-party provider stores data, we have labeled such content so that users can decide for themselves whether to access it.
Encryption
To protect web content during transmission from third parties, it is provided using an encryption method corresponding to the current state of the art via HTTPS.
