This privacy policy informs users, in accordance with the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (EU GDPR), about the type, scope, and purpose of the collection and use of their data by the provider named above.

Collection of General Information

Each time these websites are accessed, the webspace provider automatically records the following information in server log files: name of the visited website, date, data volume, web browser, operating system, IP address, referring website, and status information from the web server. The website https://www.easydpp.de does not use “cookies” to store user settings. This does not apply to linked websites and services. Web Meeting

For web conferences and remote maintenance, we use the Cisco Webex service provided by Webex Communications Deutschland GmbH, Düsseldorf. Hosting by IONOS with Data Processing Agreement (DPA)

Our website is hosted by IONOS (IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany). IONOS provides the technical platform on which our website operates. Personal data such as IP addresses, log files, and cookies may be collected and processed to ensure the security and stability of the website.
The processing of this data is carried out in accordance with a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) that we have concluded with IONOS. Under the DPA, IONOS acts solely in accordance with our instructions and may not use personal data processed in connection with the operation of our website for its own purposes.
